You can view earthquake and tsunami information in real time.

Basically, no operation is required; it automatically displays the information received in real time.

You can view the following information in each tab within the app.

• Earthquake Information

This service displays real-time updates of seismic intensity reports, epicenter information, earthquake information, and long-period ground motion information released by the Japan Meteorological Agency within minutes of an earthquake. This earthquake information is the same as that available on TV and the Japan Meteorological Agency website.

In addition to the latest earthquake, you can view the history of the past 9 earthquakes.

• Real-time information

This displays real-time seismic intensity based on the earthquake early warning (forecast) issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency immediately after an earthquake, and the strong motion monitor from the National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience (NIED).

While this information is highly real-time, it is important to note that it includes predicted and equivalent values ​​and should be considered for reference only.

• Tsunami forecast and tsunami observation information

This service displays real-time updates on information related to tsunami warnings, tsunami warnings, tsunami advisories, and tsunami forecasts issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency in response to earthquakes and other events, as well as information on tsunami observations when tsunamis are actually observed.

You can view predicted tsunami heights, estimated arrival times, and observed tsunami heights for various locations.
